Our standard delivery charge for the whole of the UAE is 20 AED including postage and packing regardless of location and package size. Free standard UAE delivery on orders over 450 AED. For GCC charges navigate to the DELIVERY & RETURNS section of the website
2. Could I place my order over the phone?

No, we do not accept any orders over the phone.
3. Can products be exchanged?

We are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. *Kindly note the product can only be exchanged if not opened upon receiving.
