STANDARD UAE DELIVERY: 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS
Our standard delivery charge for the whole of the UAE is 20 AED including postage and packing regardless of location and package size. Free standard UAE delivery on orders over 250 AED. For urgent orders we charge 50aed, and can provide a 4 hour delivery window/guaranteed next day delivery. Please select urgent delivery and contact us for details.
All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. We send our packages with Fed-ex and other reputable courier companies, mostly packages are delivered the next day but please do allow an extra day for standard delivery outside of Dubai and within the United Arab Emirates. Urgent orders can be delivered the same day or next working day, provided the order was placed by 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next day. When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working telephone number and full postal address and ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. The courier company will call you before delivery but if you have pre-paid, we find they may just turn up and call you to see if they can leave the package at a secure location or with a neighbor. If you have opted to pay "cash on delivery" the courier company will be able to take payment and in this case will call you before delivery. Please ensure payment is ready.

We are happy to send our products all over the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and beyond, delivered via courier service. When checking out your order, please select STANDARD DELIVERY, and we will contact you with a link to pay for shipping charges via credit card before dispatch.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
Unless you notify us within three working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
