Never heard of Galentines? Don’t fear - we are here to guide you through a gorgeous excuse to have the perfect girly Valentine’s party. The recipe is easy: add a handful of great girlfriends, stir in some glitter and top it off with pink. No boys allowed. In celebration of Valentine’s day we took it upon ourselves to celebrate this romantic day without the boys (or kids) around. Think sparkles, chocolate, favourite foods and bling. 

To set the mood for a gorgeous Galentine Party we highly recommend this delightful DIY tablecloth from Walk In Love. Paint your heart out but keep tones neutral. The rest of the decor will be bright, bold and glittery so it is a good idea to start off with a neutral canvas so to speak. Once your tablecloth is in place, you can start by placing the centerpiece - a glitter Galentine’s cake with a DIY cake topper wishing all the girls a happy day. Keep cake stands, plates and cups also neutral. Once the key pieces are in place you can decorate to your heart’s delight. We love the pink, purple and gold mini pompoms and mismatched chairs.
